Refund policy
Sorensen’s Precision Diceworks is proud of our product line and confident in its quality. We have a “no-questions-asked,” 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at sorensensdice@gmail.com.
Unless the item arrives broken or damaged, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and let you know when the refund was processed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
